Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Service Agreement Policy
1. Mandatory Agreement:
By checking this box and proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to sign our Service Agreement and Liability Waiver before your service begins. A link to this form and a signature request will be sent to your email immediately after you click "Book Now."
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. I charge a 60% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
3. Refund Policy:
All payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Fees cover professional time, expertise, and materials.
4. Correction Policy:
In the event of a technical issue with the service, please contact the salon within 48 hours. We offer a complimentary correction as the sole form of compensation. Adjustments requested after this period or based on a change of personal preference ("change of mind") are subject to additional fees.
